I'm Patricia and that was me just a couple of years ago after giving birth to my second baby, returning to a full-time job and failing at countless attempts to lose weight. I was so unhappy with my body, I didn't feel comfortable in any of my clothes and I simply hid the bits of me I hated. In January 2015, I made a decision that changed my life for good. I was determined to be healthier, both for me and my family so I started again with some basic principles that would truly see long-term benefits.

I have since developed a new relationship with food and identified which foods worked for me and which didn't. My levels of energy went through the roof and I felt beautiful and sexy again.

Now I believe in wholesome food, in listening to your body and understanding what is good for you, in eating as cleanly as possible and being mindful too. I don’t follow any particular diet and I don’t believe in the weight scale anymore.
